Itchy's my favourite character in the film. It's so amirable how he stands by his friend even though he knows Charie is making some very dangerous decisions. He continues to support him even though is sound advice is being ignored.
In this cel he's about to pay the price of his loyalty as Carface and his gang do him over whilst his best friend is preoccupied.
